Location: Long cultivated in Europe, including Britain.

Leaves are less downy than Common Laburnum (Laburnum anagyroides).

Flowers

Laburnum alpinum

Flowers open in June and are in larger, denser flowerheads than Common Laburnum (Laburnum anagyroides). Each flower is about 1.8cm long with hairless stalks.
