Cotoneaster frigidus (Himalayan Tree-cotoneaster)
Location: Grown for ornament in gardens and parks.
A small tree or shrub
Leaves are downy when young but become hairless through the summer.

Perhaps the most striking feature are the fruits which clothe all branches. They ripen in September and remain on the tree through winter.
